Introduction
«ATRITUBE HVAC Products» G. Ioannidis & Co. P.C.C. provides visitors / users of ATRITUBE’s Sites, a collection of services, pages, options and / or sources. The existing and any new services in ATRITUBE’s Sites subject to these terms of use, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The visitor / user services of ATRITUBE’s Sites understands and accepts that all the pages / services are provided “as is” and ATRITUBE’s Sites disclaim any liability related to the limited duration of remission, the poor performance or failure of any electronic storage of data users and / or any content of personal pages and services.

Polls
ATRITUBE’s Sites provide visitors / users the opportunity to vote on matters expressed in the form of questions. The responses of voters are recorded, analyzed and commented by ATRITUBE’s Sites to draw conclusions about the attitude of the public, in relation to the matter set for a vote. ATRITUBE’s Sites reserve the exclusive right to collect and exploit these data and findings being their intellectual property. ATRITUBE’s Sites down define specific conditions for participation in the vote and have the right to suspend the voting.
Applicable law and other provisions
These terms and conditions of use of ATRITUBE’s Sites, and any amendments thereto, are governed and complemented by Greek law, EU law and relevant international treaties. Any provision of these terms to be against the law ceases to have effect and removed from the present, without in any way affect the validity of other conditions.
